Pushy sales people, even the service department. They don't listen to clients when they have a complaint, but will quickly say that the client is in the wrong. That said, I would never recommend this dealership and I will be taking our business to another dealership where we are treated with more respect.

As a long-term client who has been loyal to the brand for many years, I had always held Honda in high regard for its exceptional customer service and quality vehicles. However, recent encounters have left me disheartened and compelled to share my concerns.
I have interacted with both the financial and sales departments in the past few weeks, and unfortunately, the level of service fell far short of my expectations. There have been issues related to rustproof and despite my efforts to address these concerns with the respective teams, the resolution process has been unsatisfactory.
This experience has left me feeling disillusioned, as I have recommended Honda to friends and family over the years based on my positive experiences as a long-term client. Regrettably, I can no longer offer such endorsements given the recent disappointments I’ve faced.

I recently purchased a new 2023 Honda civic sport . The car was purchased at another car dealership far from my house . I needed to set up my phone system and was having a difficult time in the process. I decided to go to
Honda Brossard close by to me.
The service manager Daniel referred Me to a sales person named Alexandra Lewis.
Alexandra explained everything very clearly and was very knowledgeable in the set up. I'm not that tech savvy but Alexandra made it real simple and easy to understand.
I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. Very nice person and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend her services.

I had a 5-star experience at Park Avenue Honda in Brossard with Alexandra Lewis! I dealt with her months ago but the car we wanted to look at for my son was no longer available. She didn't forget me and called me one day when a car she thought we would like came in. She was right, it was exactly what we were looking for and at a great price. She is friendly, kind and professional. She made the whole experience feel so quick and easy. I have been waiting for a call back from the finance director (Marie-Loo) for over two weeks. She took all my information to complete a Loan assumption to transfer my late fathers vehicle payments. I left messages with no call backs. This Honda dealership has not gone the extra mile considering this sensitive matter. When I first walked into this location everyone was on their phones, then I was told they were too busy to serve me that day. I was also questioned on why I didn’t go to Acura instead. I was left waiting at the service desk instead of her office while she scanned my documents. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location.
